The Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, 3200 N. McMullen Booth Road, Clearwater, FL 33761, leadership voted unanimously to call Fr. Randy Hehr as their rector, and he accepted the call with great enthusiasm. Rt. Rev. Dabney Tyler Smith, Bishop for the Diocese of Southwest Florida, has approved this important step in the life of the parish. A formal service entitled The Celebration of a New Ministry will take place at Holy Trinity on Sat, Oct 8th, at 11:00 a.m. This celebration will include representatives from Holy Trinity, the Clearwater Episcopal Deanery, the Diocese of Southwest Florida, and the community at large. Bishop Smith will be the Celebrant on this occasion marking the beginning of a new phase in Holy Trinity’s transition in leadership and development. Rector is the title given to a priest called to lead a congregation in the Episcopal Church. Priest-in-Charge, Fr. Hehr current title, is a title designated by the Bishop for a clergy leader in the first phase of congregational transition. For more information, contact Fr.
